Richard has been working in the hairdressing industry for 16 years and co founded oliver James 9 years ago.
Richard is a colour specialist and enjoys working with long hair , he finds all aspects of hairdressing exciting and is constantly updating his skill set to ensure his clients have the latest looks, finding the perfect colour/style for each individual.
SIMON // Director
Simon has been in the hairdressing industry for over 35 years and co founded Oliver James 9 years ago.
Simon has a large and loyal clientele, he enjoys creating all styles and technical aspects of hairdressing, achieving an affordable luxury style suited to each individual.
PAUL // Senior Stylist
PJ (Paul) has been hairdressing for over 30 years and in Birmingham for the last 20, PJ is passionate about the hair industry and always striving to learn new techniques and fresh ideas to bring to his clients.
Paul is a foodie and at his happiest when sat in a restaurant be it in town or along a nice Mediterranean marina.
CAROLINE // Senior Stylist
Caroline has over 35 years experience within the hairdressing industry both abroad and in the midlands, having built up a loyal clientele Caroline is constantly updating her technical skills to ensure all her clients have access to the latest trends and styles.
In her spare time caroline enjoys pilates and a nice cocktail relaxing on a far away tropical shore .
